We installed new range card system starting August 2026. If you have remaining funds on your range card, you will have setup an account to transfer that balance.

Please download the app to setup your account. Then we will transfer your balance to your new account.

How do I access my exisiting balance? 
If you updated your acccount info with us, download Sweetspot app to setup your account to access your existing balance.

I did not update my account info before August 2026. Is it too late to claim my existing balance?
Not at all. We still have your account balance information with us. Just submit the form on the right and we will reach out to you.

Can I get refund on my remaining balance?
We truly appreciate your business. Please note that unused or remaining balances are not refundable. If you have not updated your account info with us, submit the form on the right to claim you remaining balance.
